PURPOSE: To obtain a nonwoven fabric of three-layer structure having high lint-free properties, wear-resistant strength, water absorption properties and bacterial barrier properties by laying a web of ultrafine yarn between regenerated yarn webs, interlacing and integrating the webs by a high-pressure jetting water flow.

CONSTITUTION: A web of polyester ultrafine fibers made by a melt blowing spinning method is piled on a web composed of continuous filament of cuprammonium process and the web of continuous filament of cuprammonium process is laminated to the web of the polyester ultrafine fibers. Then, a high- pressure jetting water flow having a pressure of ≥25kg/cm2 is hit to the laminated web from above and the fibers and the filament constituting the web are interlaced to form the objective nonwoven fabric of three-layer structure.
