Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing one-side glazed paper, capable of readily increasing smoothness of Yankee dryer, preventing stain, further preventing picking and raising gloss value of one-side glazed paper as a result and to provide a device therefor.
CONSTITUTION: In this method for producing one-side glazed paper using a Yankee dryer composed of a touch roll D3, a Yankee dryer DL and a doctor D4, a solid lubricant is sprayed onto the surface of the drier every extremely minute amount by a spraying means S between a position at which paper is released from the Yankee dryer and the touch roll D3 to smooth the dryer surface.
