PURPOSE: To readily make the screen which is of high luminance and is free from any glitter by subjecting the same to a directional uneven-patterning treatment by cylindrical polishing and a nondirectional uneven-patterning treatment by spray polishing.
CONSTITUTION: When an aluminum foil of thickness 100μ or the like which is laminated and bonded onto a plastic plate is moved at a speed 20m/min. or other and is subjected to cylindrical polishing by a sandpaper polishing belt which is being rotated at the specified velocity of wind, the maximum heights assume the surface state of the required directional uneven pattern. Thence, when it is subjected to spray polishing by shot blasting of silica sand No.4 or the like, a nondirectional uneven pattern is formed and the direction and nondirection uneven patterns exist mixedly in the surface of the aluminum surface, thus the screen which is about 5.9 in luminance ratio at horizontal direction 30°, is about 3.8 or other in luminance ratio at vertical direction 10°, is high in luminance, is free from any glitter and is capable of performing projection under ordinary interior rays is readily made.
