Title:
PRODUCTION OF SOUND ABSORPTION MATERIAL AND COMPOSITE NONWOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3685315
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption material that has both of the sound- absorbing properties and the vibration-damping properties.
SOLUTION: When a sound absorption material that is characterized in that staple fibers are dispersed and admixed in an amount of 20-100 g/m2 into a nonwoven fabric that is constituted of the fibers of ≤1.0 denier formed by the melt-blowing method and has the face density of 20-100 g/m2 and a composite nonwoven fabric is produced by admixing staple fibers into between the melt-blown fibers, the staple fibers to be admixed are made to a staple fiber nonwoven fabric of 50-200 g/m2 unit weight prepared by the needle punching with the needle density of 50-200 needles/m2, the needle depth of 5-18 mm and the staple fiber nonwoven fabric is opened with a rotary cylinder wound with 500-5,000 rpm wires to disperse the staple fiber into between melt-blown fibers.
