PURPOSE: To improve productivity without defects such as air bubbles, etc., by applying ultraviolet-curing type resin to both a stamper and a sheet substrate, adhering surfaces, to which the resin is applied, together, irradiating the surfaces with ultraviolet rays and curing the resin.

CONSTITUTION: The ultraviolet-curing type resin is applied to one side by using a polycarbonate sheet substrate and the same resin is applied an uneven surface 3 of a stamper 2 as well. When, while supplying the sheet substrate, the stamper 2 and a sheet substrate 1 are adhered while abutting the resin surfaces together. Afterwards, the surfaces are irradiated with ultraviolet rays 7 through the sheet substrate and the ultraviolet-curing type resin is cured. Next, the sheet substrate and the ultraviolet-curing type resin, which is cured on the sheet substrate, are peeled off from the stamper and the sheet substrate is obtained with uneven patterns. Thus, since the ultraviolet-curing type resin is applied to the both stamper and sheet substrate and getting contact between the resin surfaces, the mixture of the air bubbles at the conventional contact time can be prevented. Thus, the feeding speed of the sheet substrate is accelerated and the productivity is improved.
