Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11114438
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To produce powder inexpensively by a method in which cotton (fibers) is charged into a crusher and kept in a sealed state, it is rotated at a specified rotational speed, operation is stopped after a prescribed length of time, it is filtered with a filter of prescribed micron mesh, and the filtered powder is packed in a bag.

Cotton (fibers) obtained by cutting waste paper and others into fibers is charged into a crusher 2 having screws 5 or blades, or synthetic resin or metal balls additionally and kept in a sealed state. It is rotated by an electric motor 4 at a rotational speed of 1,000 rpm or above. According to kinds of waster paper, after operation for a prescribed time, the crusher 2 is stopped.
