PURPOSE: To effectively relieve the film against long burst errors, such as flaws, and to record audio data by a coding system at a high coding rate at the time of digitally recording the audio data on a projection film.

CONSTITUTION: The projection film 1A has right and left digital audio data recording part 18, 20 of two tracks for recording the same coded audio data in addition to frame-shaped video recording parts 10, an analog audio data recording part 16 and right and left perforations 12, 14. More adequately, coding parameters for the audio data, the coded audio data and the same parameters as the coding parameters are written twice by using an ATRAC coding system. The coding parameters written twice are recorded by alternating the tracks in such a manner that the coding parameters are recorded in the right side audio data recording part 20 opposite to the left side audio data recording part 18 when the coded audio data is recorded in the left side audio data recording part 18 as regards to, for example, a certain channel.
