Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propagation time measuring device capable of simplifying a device configuration.SOLUTION: Oscillators 4n(n=1 to K) output complex signals f(p) to f(p) before combining to correlation operation parts 36n(n=1 to K), respectively. When the correlation operation parts 36n(n=1 to K) receive a radio wave (complex signal F(p-2Δt)) sent back from a terminal 2, they calculate correlation for each of the complex signal f(p) to f(p) and output correlation values c(p) to c(p) as correlation results thereof. Then they measure a propagation time required for sending-receiving the radio wave between a base station 1 and the terminal 2 by using the correlation values c(p) to c(p).
