Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust the properties of a relay automatically and improve the productivity of laser process, etc., by repeatedly carrying out demagnetization and magnetization and investigating the properties of the relay.
CONSTITUTION: In property adjustment of a relay having poles, full magnetization is carried out as a first adjustment process. Then, property value measurement is carried out and a first demagnetization adjustment is carried out. As a first inspecting process, property inspection is carried out and adjustment is finished when the property value becomes a value within a desired range. When the property value is out of the desired range, a second adjustment process is carried out and the property value is measured. Full magnetization of a relay is carried out and then a second demagnetization is carried out. As a second inspection process, the property inspection is carried out and if the property value is within the desired range, the adjustment is finished. If the property value is out of the desired range, a third adjustment process is carried out.
