Abstract:
The machine for the extraction of water from cellulose, especially in papermaking, has a sieve water extraction section (20), a press stage (30) and a drying station (40) followed by a lateral cutting unit (50). The sieve water extraction section is composed of four circular suction sieves (21-24) with an inverter press (25) and a drip press (26). Suction rollers (33,34) work with at least one smooth cylinder (31,32) at the press stage. The drying station has at least one drying tower (41), a swing tower (42) to heat or cool the cellulose web (11) followed by a cooling tower (43).
