Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring system capable of forming a punch hole with high quality while conveying a sheet.SOLUTION: A boring system 100 has a boring device 1 having a punching member 21 which reciprocates vertically to a sheet S conveyed by a sheet conveyance mechanism 101. The boring device has a sheet sandwiching portion 70 which pressurizes a sheet passing through the boring position by the punching member and is formed from a plate spring member 71 sandwiched between the sheet sandwiching portion and a sheet support surface 14a. The sheet sandwiching portion sandwiches the sheet between a sheet press 78 of one spring plate portion 73 of the plate spring member and the sheet support member, when the punching member forms the sheet. The boring device moves integrally with the sheet in a predetermined conveyance direction due to a force received by an outer peripheral surface of the punch member from a peripheral edge of the punch hole to be bored and a friction force generated among the sheet press, and the sheet support surface and the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
