Abstract:

To provide a quantitative application apparatus of a high-viscosity material which can continuously carry out highly precise quantitative application even if the viscosity of the material is changed.

The operation motor torque of a supply pump 4 detected when quantitative application is monitored to detect whether the torque is out of a set torque range α for the set normal quantitative application or not and if the torque is out of the set torque range α, the moving speed VR of an operating machine 2 for moving a work P or a nozzle part 5 for jetting a high-viscosity material is decreased (altered). Accordingly, even if the material viscosity of the high-viscosity material in the supply pump 4 is increased in accordance with the atmospheric temperature, a constant amount of the high-viscosity material is continuously applied to an object point P1 to be coated and thus occurrence of the quantitative application failure can be suppressed.
