PURPOSE: To provide novel compounds useful in the treatment of tachykinin dependence disorders of cardiovascular system and central nervous system, ache, migraine or the like.
CONSTITUTION: By reacting a compound of formula II (wherein Y is a eliminating group) with a cyclic tertiary amine of formula III (wherein X1, X2 and X3 link with N to form an azabicyclic or azatricyclic system) at a room temperature to 120°C in a polar solvent, a compound of formula I (wherein Ar is an aromatic group such as a (substituted) phenyl, a heteroaromatic group or the like; Ar' is (substituted) phenyl, indolyl or the like; T represents a direct bond, hydroxymethyl or the like; Q is hydrogen, forms -CH=CH- with R or the like; R is hydrogen, 1-4C alkyl or the like; Am+ is a radical of aza di- or tri-cyclic system; Ar- represents an anion), for example (-)-1-[3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-(N- methyl-3-isopropoxyphenylacetylamino)-butyl]-4-phenyl-1- azoniabicyclo[2,2,2]octane chloride, is obtained.
