Abstract:
To provide a method for assaying a test material quickly with high sensitivity.
This quick high-sensitivity assay method of a test material, not destructing liposome, is characterized by reacting the test material or a part of the test material with a material to be bonded thereto specifically on the surface of the liposome containing an electroluminescent substance, and by measuring electroluminescent intensity by applying a voltage to the liposome.
