Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device in which transmission efficiency of an entire system is improved and power consumption is reduced.
SOLUTION: The radio communication device is provided with a radio resource management part 4, a mapping part 5 and MAC parts 2 as many as the number of basic channels for dynamically changing the basic channel to be used for a user connection belonging to each mobile station in accordance with the propagation status of each mobile station and based upon a predetermined assignment request quantity or on an assignment quantity calculated from the amount of data in a transmitting buffer for each mobile station and the amount of data in transmitting buffer reported from each mobile station, a transmission data amount is managed for the unit of the MAC part 2.
