A radio terminal station includes a means 702 for detecting a radar, a means 702 for generating radar detection information including a detection time and a generated frequency channel of the detected radar, and a means 516 for transmitting the radar detection information to a radio base station. The radio base station includes a detection information receiving means for receiving the radar detection information, a generated information production means for producing radar generation information including a certain generation time at which the radar has been generated, a generation cycle of the radar, and the generated frequency channel of the radar, on the basis of the received radar detection information, and a generated information transmission means for broadcasting the radar generation information. Furthermore, the radio terminal station includes a means 508 for receiving the radar generation information and a means 513 for performing direct communication between radio terminal stations with a second frequency channel during a radar non-generation time without passing through the radio base station, on the basis of the received radar generation information.
