Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device with high security in which the code information of a transponder can be rewritten.
CONSTITUTION: A normal third frequency f3 which is different from a first frequency f1 being a question frequency, or a second frequency f2 being an answer frequency, and which is modulated by new code information Nn is transmitted from an interrogator 1 side to a transponder 2, so that the content of a code information storage part 17 of the transponder 2 can be updated, and the code information of the transponder 2 can be rewritten without providing a code information inputting means such as a ten key at the transponder 2 side. Thus, the deterioration of the security can be escaped.
