To provide a radio system with very high convenience where interruption of a voice signal caused when terminal stations make a speech is eliminated and all terminal stations can immediately be transited to a broadcasting state by decreasing a time when each terminal station receives an acquisition signal (a signal to inform each terminal station about broadcasting of a control station from now) from the control station.

Each terminal station is provided with an antenna multicoupler consisting of one antenna for simultaneous transmission and reception and with a changeover means that brings a reception section from a speech channel into a broadcasting channel in a transmission state, and each terminal station can receive the acquisition signal from the control station even when the one terminal station makes a speech with other terminal station in the transmission state.
