Abstract:
To obtain the subject compound useful for clinic diagnosis and suitable as a diagnostic agent and a therapeutic agent, especially in vitro diagnostic measurement of ferritin in serum.
This radioactive compound is shown by the formula *X-Ar-R (*X is iodine such as I-123, bromine such as Br-75, fluorine such as F-18 or astatine such as At-211; R is a short-chain substituent group such as a phenol ester or an imide ester) such as N-succinimidyl 3-(4'-[131I]iodophenyl)-propionate. The compound of the formula is obtained by substituting a halogen of a halogen aromatic compound with an organometallic group selected from Sn(n-Bu)3 and SnMe3, converting a precursor group as a reaction product, removing the organometallic group and further halodemetallizing.
