Abstract:

To provide a modular radius conveyor belt capable of preventing the intrusion of operator's fingers into a lattice, though it has large pitches.

This radius conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of belt modules 26 having a plurality of first connecting end parts 41 mounted in the moving direction 32 of the belt, a plurality of second connecting end parts 44 mounted in the direction opposite to the first connecting end parts 41, and a cross rib 38 provided with webs 47 and waveform parts 50. A revolving shaft is mounted in a state of being extended across the moving direction of the belt through an opening of one of the second connecting end parts of the plurality of belt modules and through an opening formed on the first connecting end part of the adjacent belt module. The first and second connecting end parts of the adjacent belt modules are mutually inserted, and the adjacent belt modules are connected to each other in a row by being connected by hinges adjacent to each other and movable along a curved passage.
