PURPOSE: To reduce cost by providing a whirl-stop projection, engaged with a through hole provided on a rail hanging member separately from a bolt through hole, on a washer interposed between a fitting plate part and a rail hanging member, and also forming recessed and protruded parts on the contact surface between the washer and the fitting plate part.

CONSTITUTION: The fitting height of a hanging main body 3 when it is linked to a rail hanging member 2 via a washer 8, a bolt 13, and a nut 14, can be adjusted by vertically varying the abutting position of a fitting plate part 4 to the washer 8 within the range of a bolt hole 6. The hanging main body 3 can be firmly fixed in a constant attitude at a given height to a rail hanging member 2 though engaged with one bolt 13, because the washer 8 fastened together with the hanging main body 3 can not be rotated around the bolt 13 due to the engagement of a projection 11 and a through hole 9, and also the washer 8 and the fitting plate part 4 are engaged incapably to make relative rotation and vertical direction relative slide at their contact surfaces 8a and 4a.
