Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw fabric roll fabric-unrolling apparatus capable of eliminating looseness of a fabric even after the rotational direction of a raw fabric roll is switched for middle front spreading and outer front spreading.SOLUTION: A raw fabric roll fabric-unrolling apparatus 10 includes a drive supporting part 13 which drives to rotate a raw fabric roll 5R while supporting the roll with two lower supporting parts 11, 12 along the peripheral direction and delivers a fabric 5 unrolled from the raw fabric roll 5R for development. Switching means 16 and drive means 17 are provided for two supporting parts 11, 12 of the drive supporting part 13. The switching means 16 switches a driving direction of the raw fabric roll 5R between a rotational direction which makes delivery of the fabric 5 from the raw fabric roll 5R into middle front spreading as shown in a figure and a rotational direction which provides outer front spreading. The drive means 17 increases a speed for driving to rotate the raw fabric roll 5R so that the speed of the supporting part 11 which is on the downstream side in the peripheral direction of rotation for middle front spreading as shown in a figure is larger than that of the supporting part 12 which is on the upstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
