Abstract:

PURPOSE: To preponderantly enhance the bending strength of a board in a specific direction by orienting reinforcing fibers contained in a slurry in the advance direction of a sheet.

CONSTITUTION: In a green sheet manfacturing apparatus of a building board constituted so that a water permeable sheet 3 is provided so as to be capable of advancing in the longitudinal direction and a hopper 29 supplying a slurry containing a hydraulic material to the upper surface of the sheet 3 is provided above the sheet 3 and a suction means 4 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet 3, rolls 31M each having a large number of projections 53 provided to the peripheral surface thereof are provided in the hopper 29 so as to be freely rotationally driven around the shafts thereof in the lateral direction of the sheet 3.
