Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of suppressing misalignment between a coil mold body and a core and improving the fluidity of a molten resin.SOLUTION: A reactor 2 disclosed herein includes a coil mold body 10 and a core 20. In the coil mold body 10, a coil 11 is covered with resin. The coil mold body 10 has a tubular shape. The core 20 is assembled to the coil mold body 10. The core 20 is composed of a pair of E-shaped split cores. The coil mold body 10 is provided with a convex portion 14 on the inner facing surface facing the E-shaped surface of the core 20 which is the inner side. The convex portion 14 prevents the core 20 from being displaced. Except for the convex portion 14, a wide gap is secured between the core 20 and the inner facing surface of the coil mold body 10, and the fluidity of the molten resin is ensured by the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
