Abstract:
To suppress the generation of burrs of a mold resin on the surface of a coil in a reactor that exposes a part of the surface of the coil from the mold resin.SOLUTION: A reactor 100 includes a lower frame 7 placed on the surface of a coil, and a mold resin that covers the coil except inside a frame of the lower frame body 7. The lower frame body 7 includes a pair of vertical side portions 71 along the cylinder axis of the coil. The pair of vertical side portions 71 extend across the lower surface 52 and are in close contact with two lower curved surfaces 53 adjacent to the lower surface 52. The coil exposes a lower surface 52 sandwiched between the pair of vertical side portions 71 from the mold resin over the entire width range from one lower curved surface 53 to the other lower curved surface 53 with which the pair of vertical side portions 71 are in close contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
