Abstract:
To provide methods for preparing LPS (linear programming system) antagonist lipodisaccharide B1287 and stereoisomers thereof.
The invention provides methods for preparing LPS antagonist lipodisaccharide B1287 useful in the prophylactic and affirmative treatment of endotoxemia shown by formula, and stereoisomers thereof. Also there are provided useful synthetic intermediates.
