PURPOSE: To detect the reckless driving of a crane or moving carriage in radio steering and stops it by judging whether or not the equipment is in operation with the signal from a current signal converter, and the comparing the judgement result with an operation command signal and judging whether or not the equipment drives recklessly.

CONSTITUTION: When operation conditions are satisfied, an electromagnetic contactor 8 is closed and electric power begins to be supplied to the moving equipment 1. The operation stop deciding circuit 11 of a total controller 10 compares the signal of the current signal converter 9 to decide whether or not the moving equipment 1 is in operation and a reckless driving deciding circuit 13 matches the contents of the current signal with the operation command from a console panel 14 to judge whether or not the equipment drives recklessly. When the reckless driving deciding circuit 13 decides that the equipment is not in the reckless driving state, the total controller 10 continues to supply the electric power to the moving equipment 1. When the reckless driving deciding circuit 13 decides the reckless driving, the total controller 10 opens the electromagnetic contactor 8 through an electric supply commanding circuit 12 to stop supplying the electric power to the moving equipment 1, which stops.
