PURPOSE: To perform reclaiming treatment so as to increase durability, by adding a soft material which does not contain a plasticizer and also is less flexible than a recovered soft polyvinylchloride to the soft polyvinylchloride recovered from a disposed cable.
CONSTITUTION: When a soft polyvinylchloride recovered from a disposed cable sheath is worked into a reusable material, a soft material which does not contain a plasticizer is added to the recovered soft polyvinylchloride. In such a way it is possible to decrease softness of an obtained material than that of the recovered soft polyvinylchloride and also because a ratio of the plasticizer contained in the material becomes smaller, decrease of the plasticizer due to volatilization etc. is mitigated and durability is improved.
