To solve a discrepancy part in production process procedure to the maximum, and reduce an adjustment manhour of the process procedure so as to shorten a designing period for the production process procedure.

Contnets of discrepancy for process procedure order and the processing conditions thereof, infringement points corresponding to the contents and a discrepancy solving method for solving the discrepancy are set up previously. The contents of the discrepancy for the process procedure as the subject for inference is inferred (step 13), thereafter the infringement point is computed (step 14). When the infringement point is not zero but below a repetition limited number of times, the discrepancy solving method is applied (step 17) to adjust the process procedure (step 18) so as to again infer the content of the discrepancy for the process procedure adjusted (step 13). When the infringement point is more than the repetition limited number of times, the minimum infringement point is selected from the process procedures obtained by these adjustments (step 19).
