PURPOSE: The titled rectifying plate, constituted of a disc of a sintered metal without flow rectifying holes, capable of making the flow of a spinning solution almost uniform, preventing the formation of gel-like materials in the spinning solution, and making the flow rate of the spinning solution almost uniform.

CONSTITUTION: A rectifying plate 6 is constituted of a disc of a sintered metal without rectifying holes to pass a spinning solution uniformly through fine uniform pores thereof and make the flow of the spinning solution arriving the respective spinning holes (1a) of a spinneret 1 uniform. The flow rectifying plate 6 itself functions as a filter, and prevents foreign materials and gel-like materials in the spinning solution to prevent the clogging of the spinning holes (1a).
