Abstract:
PURPOSE: To properly test each component for a product before they are sent to be recycled and also easily evaluate each component taken out of the product.
CONSTITUTION: Memories 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a in which not only information such as position of material to be recycled is stored in manufacture but also additional data, for example, repair and/or specific stresses that the components 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are exposed in using them are stored are disposed in the respective components of a product. Such additional data is collected via specific sensors 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7, 8 disposed in the components or disposed in or on a body of the product and stored in the memory of the components. Based on this idea, life history of the respective components of dumped product are separately checked, so as to determine if such components can be reused or if they are applied for decomposition and recycle.
