Fused material comprising polypropylene resin or polyethylene resin is suspended into the inside of a pair of mannequin body negative dies 2 which can be put to each other or be parted from each other to form a fused hollow body 10, compressed air is blown into it from a compressed air blow hole of which the inner protruded part is opened in the mannequin body negative die 2, and the fused hollow body 10 is swollen to inner surface part form of the mannequin body negative dies 2. It is then cooled by a temperature control means 20 till it is hardened in the inner surface part form of the mannequin body negative dies 2, thereby a mannequin body is manufactured.
