Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unsanitary feeling from being imparted to a container made of a regenerated PET sheet or a container handling a daily dish or perishables directly entering a mouth of a person.
SOLUTION: A process grinding a recovered container made of a synthetic resin to form synthetic resin flakes, a process heating and melting synthetic resin flakes, a process heating and melting virgin pellets of a synthetic resin, a process extruding both molten synthetic resins into a sheet form from two dies 3a, 3b arranged so as to approach each other to superpose the extruded sheets one upon another and supplying the formed sheet to the gap between a pair of cooled rollers 4, 5 to mold a laminated synthetic resin sheet 9 and a process molding a container so that the virgin synthetic resin side of the molded laminated synthetic resin sheet becomes inside are provided.
