Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically refill a photosensitive lithographic printing plate.
SOLUTION: In a bundle of PS blocks packaged in a packaging body 14, the peripheral part of the packaging body 14 is cut at first at an unpacking part 24. The upper paper of the packaging body 14 is separated from the bundle of the PS plates by a lifter 106 and a cartridge body 18A transferred by the lifter 106 is put on the bundle of the PS blocks from which the upper paper is separated. Then, the bundle of the plates is turned upside down by a turning device 38. Thereafter, the bottom paper of the packaging body 14 is separated by the lifter 106. The upper cover 18B of the cartridge transferred by the lifter 106 is put on the bundle of the PS plates from which the bottom paper is separated. In this way, the refilling process is finished.
