Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractory material structure of a blast furnace bosh part and a construction method of the refractory material structure of the bosh part which can materialize shortening of a construction period.SOLUTION: The refractory material structure of a bosh part 1C of a blast furnace 1 is provided, the bosh part 1C having a stave 3 installed along an inner face of an outer steel shell 2. The upper part RC of the bosh part 1C is constituted of a monolithic refractory material 11 fixed to the inside surface of furnace of the stave 3. The lower part RB of the bosh part 1C is constituted of refractory bricks 4 piled up along the inside surface of furnace of the stave 3. Between the monolithic refractory material 11 and the refractory bricks 4, an expansion absorber 13 is provided which shrinks or is destroyed by fire when the blast furnace 1 is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
