Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerator-freezer wherein material cost is reduced for a partition wall separating a freezer and a refrigerator.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 1 is constructed by packing space between an outer 2 box and an inner box 3 with heat insulating material 4. A partition wall 5 for vertically partitioning an interior of the inner box into a freezer 10 and a refrigerator 11 is constructed by a freezer bottom plate 6, a heat- insulating partition plate 7, a refrigerator ceiling plate 8, a front partition plate 9 and the like. A mounting piece 6a is downwadly protruding through both sides of the freezer bottom, is provided with an engagement hole 6b at a tip and is integrally, flexibly mounted at a base end thereof by a self-hinge. An engagement piece 8a having an approximate U shape correspondingly with the engagement hole 6b are provided at lower parts of both sides of the refrigerator ceiling. An engagement tooth is made to engage with the engagement piece to secure the freezer bottom plate to the refrigerator ceiling.
