Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable quenching by charging the space of a container A and a container B with a reversible reactant including a working medium which performs the heat and substance shifting between containers A and B, according to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: At normal operation, the cooling within a refrigerating machine is performed with a heat exchanger for refrigeration similar to a conventional refrigerating machine. At the same time with this, an annexed cold accumulator making use of chemical reaction is reproduced, making use of the heat of condensation of conventional refrigeration cycle, selecting the proper time, and an objective quantity of working medium is reserved in a container B. Then, at the time of quick cooling, the working medium in the container B 11 evaporates and shifts into the container A 10, due to the adsorptive force of the adsorbent within the container A 10, by the switching of a three-way changeover valve 9, the shut off of the first opening and closing valve 7, and the opening of the second opening and closing valve 12. Then, the container A 10 is cooled by the evaporation of the refrigerant in refrigerant cycle, so it effectively takes away the heat by the adsorption of the working medium to the adsorbent, and the temperature of that section is kept at a low temperature, so the adsorption is accelerated, and the evaporation of the working medium within the container B 11 is accelerated, and the temperature drop of the container B becomes possible.
