Title:
REFUSE BAG RUPTURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06320039
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely and smoothly rupture refuse bags regardless of nonuniform sizes and refuse bags and to recover bottles, cans, etc., without breaking by rupturing the refuse bags by moving blade bodies and turning blade bodies on the upper surface of a receiving plate and charging the front ends of the moving blade bodies from the upper surface to the back surface side of this receiving plate.

CONSTITUTION: The plural moving blade bodies 8 and turning blade bodies 12 are parted at required spacings from each other on the receiving plate 6 of the refuse bags A and the moving blade bodies 8 are passed between the respective turning blade bodies 12, by which the front ends thereof are submerged from the upper surface of the receiving plate 6 to the back surface side. As a result, the refuse bags A are liable to be smoothly ruptured by the moving blade bodies 8 and the turning blade bodies 12. The turning blade bodies 12 escape upward by overcoming the force of a spring 13a when the excessive bag rupturing resistance is applied on these blade bodies by the large-sized cans, large-sized bottles and other causes and, therefore, the conduction of the operation without exerting a burden on these moving blade bodies 8 and turning blade bodies 12 is possible. Since the reaction force of the turning blade bodies 12 is buffered by a buffer device 13b, the breakage of the bottles, cans, etc., is prevented.
