Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02259179
Kind Code:

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regenerate a coated paper for a base of a photographic printing paper at a low cost by peeling polyolefin resin with an alkaline liquid, etc., and adding the separated pure pulp component to a virgin pulp component.
CONSTITUTION: A coated paper produced by compounding natural pulp with a polyolefin resin (e.g. polypropylene) is immersed into an alkaline liquid such as sodium hydroxide to peel the polyolefin resin.
