Abstract:
To make it possible to reduce an amount of regenerative power generated when applying regenerative braking.SOLUTION: The regenerative braking system includes: a generator for collecting kinetic energy of a rotating load to generate a braking force; a battery for storing the regenerative power of the generator; and a power converter for making a magnitude of the regenerative power supplied from the generator to the battery variable to be controlled by controlling a phase difference between a voltage and a current generated in the generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
