In the structure of this register device, first and second blanket cylinders 23 and 24 are arranged to face the front and back of a web W, respectively, and first and second plate cylinders 21 and 22 are arranged in contact with the first and the second blanket cylinder 23 and 24, respectively. Each of the blanket cylinders 23 and 24 and each of the plate cylinders 21 and 22 are constituted to be rotary driven by a drive motor 25 interlocking with each other. Further, the drive motor 25 is applied as a top/bottom register level adjustment means for adjusting the top/bottom register level at the first plate cylinder 21 (plate cylinder body 66), while a drive motor 106 is disposed as a top/bottom register level correction means for correcting the top/bottom register level at the second plate cylinder 22 (plate cylinder body 91) when the top/bottom register level at the first plate cylinder 21 is adjusted.
