To provide a reinforcing sheet preventing the generation of blistering in an asphalt paving layer, for example, at the time of application of asphalt paving to a road or a bridge, also preventing the penetration of rainwater in a lower layer, excellent in productivity and having waterproof capacity, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for reinforcing a road using the same and to further provide a reinforcing sheet corresponding to the movement or bending deformation of a building and the warpage of a road or a bridge at the time of passage of a vehicle.
A reinforcing sheet is constituted by providing an asphalt layer on the single surface or both surfaces of a laminate wherein a resin sheet is provided in the single surface or both surfaces of a knitted fabric comprising thermoplastic resin fibers with an elongation of 10% or more. A road is reinforced by using this reinforcing sheet.
