Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a release film for a process of manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, which has excellent release properties of a ceramic green sheet. The release film (1, 2) for a process of manufacturing a ceramic green sheet comprises a substrate (11) and a release agent layer (12) provided on one side of the substrate (11). The release agent layer (12) is formed from a release agent composition including (A) an active energy ray-curable compound not having a polyorganosiloxane chain and a silsesquioxane backbone, (B) an active energy ray-curable compound having a polyorganosiloxane chain and no silsesquioxane backbone, (C) a compound having a silsesquioxane backbone, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
