To reduce peeling charging at the time of film pulling-out by providing a release layer composed of a hardening silicone on one surface of a base film composed of a thermoplastic resin, and providing an antistatic layer composed of a high-molecular antistatic agent and a polyolefin resin on the other surface.
A release layer composed of a hardening silicone is provided on one surface of a base film composed of a thermoplastic resin, and an antistatic layer composed of a high-molecular antistatic agent and a polyolefin resin is provided on the other surface. A compound having a quaternary nitrogen, especially cationic polymer, is preferable for the high-molecular antistatic agent. In this constitution, since the polyolefin resin is combinedly used for forming the antistatic agent layer, generating of peeling charging and frictional charging of a release film can be inhibited. Thereby, the film having both antistatic properties and release characteristics from an adhered film can be obtained.
