This liner is composed of a film or a laminate contg. a film, the film comprising at least (A) a polyethylene having a density of 0.945 g/cm3 or less, and (B) a polyethylene wax having a density of 0.935 g/cm3 or less and a wt. average mol.wt. of 1,000-12,000. The wt. ratio of (A) to (B) is, e.g. in the range of (A):(B)=100:1-100:50.
