PURPOSE: To facilitate an easy control for the remote reproduction and hearing for the automatic answering telephone set reproducing and hearing the business message by providing two units of the counting device to count the recording frequency of the business message as well as the number of the mark signals.

CONSTITUTION: The telephone set consists of the circuit to detect the incoming signals from the line and then transmit the answer message, the circuit to record the message given from the circuit onto tape 8, the circuit to record the output signal of oscillator OSC via head H3 in the form of the mark signals after recording of the message, counter CT1 to count the recording frequency of the mark signals, counter CT2 to detect the mark signals and then count their number and the circuit to compare the both counters each other and then control the action of tape 8.
