To provide a remote diagnostic system for efficiently responding to abnormality wherein a server connected through a communication line circuit to a plurality of electronic equipment groups or a mobile electronic equipment group such as an OA general equipment group and a car navigation detect and diagnose the abnormality of the electronic equipment.

A home is provided with electronic equipment 101 to 103 and an access control box 104 for monitoring the operating status of the electronic equipment 101 to 103, and when the abnormal operating status of the electronic equipment is detected by an access control box 104, the access control box 104 transmits abnormality information to a server 201, and a diagnosing part 202 installed in the server 201 analyzes the abnormality information, and transmits a program to the defective electronic equipment based on the analytic result.
