Title:
REMOVING DEVICE FOR SCRAP IN DIE CUTTING PAPER WARE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04122630
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To save the work of setting a male plate and remove mold release waste completely by sucking mold release waste by means of a sucker provided in an opeing formed on a female plate or on the upper edge face, rotating the sucker downwardly by expanding a bellows tube connected with the sucker and removing the mold release waste from a raw material sheet.

CONSTITUTION: When a mold released raw material sheet 38 is flowed on a femal plate 10 and stopped on the given position, mold release waste 40 is stopped on an edge or an opening of the female plate. Successively a rotating valve 32 is actuated to make a suction pump 34 and an air suction and exhaust tube 40 connected together, and the air in a bellow tube is exhausted out of the air suction and exhaust tube 30 and the mold release waste 40 is sucked and adhered to a sucker 22. When the mold release waste 40 is adhered to the sucker 20, the inside of the bellows tube 28 coming from the air suction and exhaust tube 30 is vacuumized by the exhastion of air in the bellows tube 28 to contract the bellows tube 28, and the sucker 22 is rotated downwardly together with an arm 16 resisting to a spring 18 as an encouraging means. The mold release waste 40 is removed from the raw material sheet 38 because of said arrangement.
