Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the information on repair to be shared while complying with export control rules.
SOLUTION: The question information inputted from terminals 11, in each country, connected to an intranet 1 is stored in a server 20 and is laid open the public. The server 20 makes a person who has selected any piece of the question information input an ID and a password, and, if the inputted ID and password have been registered and the ID indicates other than an administrator having the authority of viewing and disclosure permission for the answer information, relates the answer information inputted by the person to the answerer's ID to store it. Moreover, the server 20, if the inputted ID indicates an administrator who is enrolled in an export rules enforced country, permits the person to view the all pieces of the stored answer information and to disclose them, and, if the inputted ID indicates an administrator who is enrolled in other than export rules enforced country, permits the person to view, among the all pieces of the stored answer information, only the pieces of the answer information inputted by the answerer of other than export rules enforced country, and to disclose them.
