PURPOSE: To surely hold the residents record data even on the side of a distributed processor by sending a movement data file to the processor from a host computer and updating the resident information data base of the processor based on the movement data.
CONSTITUTION: A host computer 101 carries out the on-line processing in response to the movement of residents and a residents information data base 113 of an auxiliary storage 104 is updated. A movement data file production means 102 extracts the movement data from the base 113 and produces a movement data file 114. A movement data file transmission means 103 sends periodically and end bloc the data of the file 114 to a distributed processor 105 from the computer 101. When the transfer of these data are normally finished, a data base updating means 107 of the processor 105 updates the residents information data base 115 based on the data stored in a movement data file 116.
